Shipping Policy – Brim Bandits General Store

Howdy, partner! We know you’re eager to hit the trail in your new Brim Bandits gear, so we do our darnedest to get your order saddled up and shipped out fast. This here Shipping Policy lays out how we handle deliveries, processing, and all the trail details in between.
1. Processing Time
Once you place your order, our crew gets to work right away.
Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order hits the trail.
Custom or made-to-order items may take a few extra days — quality craftsmanship takes a little time, partner.
2. Shipping Times
After your order leaves the corral, delivery times depend on where you hang your hat:

U.S. orders: Usually arrive in 3–7 business days

International orders: Typically take 10–21 business days, dependin’ on customs and location
Keep in mind, weather, postal delays, and other factors outside our control can sometimes slow things down — even the Pony Express had its off days.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Every now and then, we offer free shipping promotions — keep your eyes peeled on brimbandits.com or our social channels for deals hotter than a campfire at sundown.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order’s packed and ready to roll, we’ll send you a tracking number by email.
You can follow your package every hoofbeat of the way until it reaches your doorstep.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
We do our best to make sure every order makes it safely to your bunkhouse.
If your package goes missing after being marked “delivered,” check with your local post office or neighbors first — sometimes deliveries wander a bit.
If it still hasn’t turned up, contact us at brimbandits@gmail.com, and we’ll help track it down.
We ain’t responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’re marked delivered, but we’ll do our best to help you sort it out.
6. International Orders
We’re proud to outfit cowpokes from all corners of the map.
Keep in mind: customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply depending on your country’s laws — those are the buyer’s responsibility.
We can’t mark packages as “gifts” or lower values (that’d be dishonest, and we ain’t about that).
7. Wrong Address Roundup
Make sure your shipping info’s right before you check out.
If a package heads to the wrong ranch because of an incorrect address, we can’t rope it back or refund it.
