Howdy there, partner! At Brim Bandits, we aim to make sure every item we ship out — whether it’s a hat, shirt, or piece of gear — is ready for the open range. But if somethin’ you ordered ain’t sittin’ right or just didn’t turn out how you expected, we’ve got a fair and honest return policy to make it right.
1. Returns
If your order didn’t turn out to your likin’, you’ve got 14 days from the day you receive it to request a return.
To start the process, send us a message at brimbandits@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging

Custom or personalized gear (like embroidered or made-to-order items) can’t be returned unless it arrives damaged or defective

Sale or clearance items are final sale — no returns or exchanges on those
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund’s approved. If it is, you’ll see the funds head back to your original payment method in a few business days.
2. Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or style? No problem.
Reach out to us at brimbandits@gmail.com, and we’ll help you wrangle the right replacement.
You may need to cover return shipping unless the mix-up was on our end.
3. Damaged or Defective Goods
If your order shows up lookin’ rougher than a saddle after a stampede, let us know right away.
Send a clear photo of the issue to brimbandits@gmail.com, and we’ll fix it up — either with a replacement or refund, dependin’ on the situation.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will ride back through the same payment method you used.
Give it 5–10 business days for your bank or card company to finish the handoff.
If it’s takin’ longer than expected, drop us a line — we’ll help track it down.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees aren’t refundable unless the return’s due to our mistake.
If you’re sendin’ something back, you’ll usually need to cover your own postage unless we tell you otherwise.
